Founded in 2006, Innova Partnerships was established to grow and develop Life Science companies through a combination of cash equity investments and support from our network of Partners.

The Team have established, built and been involved in exiting a number of Life Science businesses. Amongst these include the setting up of Upstate Ltd to over 80 people; the sale of Unipath Ltd from Unilever plc; founding start up companies within large multinationals; setting up and growing Stirling Medical Innovations Ltd to over 100 people and establishing a product portfolio of over 50 products currently sold by Innova Biosciences Ltd. In addition, the team have built extensive networks and contacts throughout the Life Sciences in the UK and Europe.

Key to our business is our Partnering network. As many large established pharmaceutical and biotechnology businesses now recognise it is not possible to discover and develop everything "in house". Over the last few years most of these companies are looking to partner and license in technology to continue the success they have enjoyed previously.
