Catherine Feechan (Director)
Catherine is a Partner in Biggart Baillie LLP. She is qualified in both Scots and English law specialising in corporate finance and works on a wide range of corporate transactions. These include venture capital investments, flotations, acquisitions, disposals, reconstructions and general company work.
Catherine also acts as general corporate counsel for a variety of companies large and small including AorTech International plc and Kenmore Property Group.
Some of her transactions include acting for:
- Barrett Corporation in relation to its reverse takeover of Freeplay Energy plc;
- Allanwater Development Limited on the sale of Allan Water plc,
- General Practice Group in its joint venture with AWG,
- Kenmore Property Group on its sale of 16 subsidiaries to a listed fund and
- Aortech International plc for its £5 million fundraising on AIM.
